Hi there I been away for while. I been working on losing weight.and getting my diabetes under control and I did it I lost 58lbs so far and no longer have to take my meds this is a great felling.It's been a hard journey now just got kept it off.I did my first American Diabetes Association walk on 11/10/12 it was a 5k it was great my walk is in April waiting on date it is a 10 miles walk or ride bike I'm training for both I walk on the weekends ride throughout the week.the most important thing is portion control is true trust me I'm a food junkie and a BBQ pitmaster.
I was diagnosed as a diabetic in 2009.This was a long journey know just take it one day at a time just remember...You can do it....... Thanks Rich
