Hello, I am in need of some emotional support. My husband refuses to treat his type 2 diabetes. I talked him into testing his sugar 3 weeks ago and the meter read Warning over 600. My kids and I begged him to go to the ER and he refused. I am so frustrated and angry that he would be so selfish like this. I have done all I know to do, please respond with suggestions. Thank you. kathy |

Well, I'm new to this disease as a caregiver to my husband. He was just diagnosed last week and he loves to eat! So, now it is a real task on getting him to eat right and the worst part is portion control! I'm glad that I found this site and I hope that it will help me on days when I need to vent or just find out some information.
LindaI'm looking for some good recipes, so, if anyone knows of a good sites other than Kraft's....please post them...
Thanks so much!
