I had to make some choices concerning my diet for several reasons. I am avoiding all dairy products because I am lactose intolerant. But I also fit the description of Celiac disease. I can't afford all the testing for the latter but I thought I wouldn't have anything to lose to try to conform to the diet the best I can.
Instead of gaining weight like I have been every couple of weeks I lost some. I think the diet changes have really helped me. My glucose number was 87 before dinner tonight and it has been such a long time since I have had that happen and it was always in the morning. Something else happened. The low number didn't make me feel sick.
I feel much better physically and I am very encouraged that things are straightening out for me.
I hope things are going well for all the rest of you as well. Again, life is good. Keep up the good fight. Everyday is a new day and a new beginning.
