I made the †he PARMESAN ROASTED CAULIFLOWER and it was fabulous! My kids couldn't get enough too and I usually have to hide it under cream sauce and still bribe them!

    Easy and delicious for everyone!

Good morning. I just baked the Apricot Breakfast Muffins this morning and they were delicious! The apricot and hint of almond extract was very tasty. They were easy to make and I imagine you could use any flavor of sugar free jelly and change them up. I made one small modification...I used 1/2 whole wheat and 1/2 white all purpose flour. I just prefer to use whole wheat/grain when I can. Try them!
