You can find the link if you scroll down to the "lprowitt" blog at the bottom of the page. You will find the link there. Click on the link and it will pull up the Daily Food Log.

Once you click the link it opens up in your browser as a pdf file. On the top left hand corner you will see the 'file icon'. Click that and then just save. I just started using a food journal. To be honest, it keeps me from cheating. I know I have to write everything I eat there!

I think this is great. I would like to suggest that this would be perfect for an iPhone app. My husband and I are always on the go and a convenient, no bulky way to document information would be perfect.

Thank you Lynn, this is a great aid to have especially when a person is going threw an uncontrollable period. When you are not sure what is affecting your BG. I have save a copy for when that time comes.
