Dunno why you or anyone is worried about mayo.

Hellmanns (for example) only has 1g carb per Tablespoon.

Tha Asian Recipe sounds good. In looking at other posts I wonderwhat is in those Walden Farms as they contain " nothing".Nancy

The South Beach diet has a great recipe for slaw.  Use 2 Tbl. of toasted sesame oil, 2 Tbl. of rice vinegar (not the seasoned kind - it has sugar added), and toasted sesame seeds (which you can find already toasted in the Asian food section of your store).  I use packaged angel hair cole slaw, but you can shred your own or buy the regular packaged slaw.  Put the entire package in a large bowl.  Add the oil and vinegar and toss.  Then add the sesame seeds, and, if desired, a little salt and pepper and toss again.  This is now one of my husband's favorite sides.

Perhaps you could use a dressing used in recipes for German Potato salads.  The typically are made without mayo.  If they call for sugar, you could use some Splenda or other substitute.  Good luck.

Thank you for the suggestion.

You asked some questions of me in another thread.  I answered them the same day in that same thread here:

I recommend that you look for and try the one from Walden Farms.

They have a variety of stuff ...salad dressings, syrup, fruit spreads...so many things. No calorie, no sugar, no fat, no carbs. Seriously. And most taste good. I especially like the Honey Dijon Salad Dressing and Hickory BBQ Sauce.   I buy their products at Drug Emporium  here in Little Rock, and I have seen some products at Kroger.

Hi:

I have been looking for a "no sugar" and "no mayonnaise" coleslaw dressing for some time
but without success.

Your help would be appreciated.

Thank You
