Hi,Effie. Welcome. Congrats on the weight loss. Your concern is elevated blood sugars, correct? My go to thing to decrease my blood sugar is exercise after eating. Even 10 minutes of exercise such as my indoor bike makes a difference. The other thing is I take a good look at the type of carbs. I am eating such as green beans vs. a roll. Change can be slow, be patient. Nancy

My name is Effie. My A1c was 7.4 now it's 7.3. I've lost 12 lbs, but my number is still high. Any suggestions on lowering it. I don't want to take insulin nor this other drug called Byetta. Please help on ways to lower A1c. Very frustrated and feeling really depressed because I'm not seeing any results. Help!!!!!!
