morning exercise

I always eat before I exercise, my choice is the Y pool. I can drop 100 points post. What kind of exercise are you doing? Do you test before and after, this gives you great information.  Nancy

I've found that if I eat first...wait an hour...and then do my cardio in the morning (I do my resistance training at night), I have better control over my blood glucose throughout the day.  The difference is small, but noticable...your mileage (no pun intended! Smile) may vary.

it might depend on your meds. it your meds require to eat something you need to eat someting for sure. a banana isn't a bad idea. norm

Is it ok to do outdoor exercise before you eat breakfast? At extreme temperture in the NE here, I'm tryig to get my exercise in. walking outside. Suggestions. Should I eat something small before I go or juice? etc.
