My doctor has prescribed Topiramate to help in my weight loss. It is a drug used to treat migraines but they found people have lost weight using it. It has helped me lose 15 lbs in the last two months. It makes soda taste like dirt and surpresses my appetite. Now don't get me wrong when a meal time comes around I am hungry, but I seem to get satisfied with eating a lot less. Talk to your doctor about it to see if it might be a good fit for you.

20 pounds is 2 weeks is not a realistic or obtainable goal in my opinion. Just because you hear it on a talk show doesn't mean it is for real. Nancy

There are no scientific studies on raspberry ketone that support claims of weight loss in humans... here's an excellent article that debunks all those ridiculous claims:inews1.net/raspberry-ketone
As a registered dietitian(RD) and personal trainer, my advise is to stop wasting your money on weight loss pills and other snake oils... trust me, if a miracle product ever really comes to market, the whole world will hear about it.

Has anyone tried this yet? Dr Oz talked about them on his show. I know a girl at subway and she says that she has lost 20 lbs in 2 weeks using these. Just wondering if anyone else has tried them and how they have worked for you?
500 mg Metformin ER 2x a day and 30 minutes on the treadmill every morning.
