I am currently seeing an endocrinologist that I started seeing in May 2012. My concern is this. I find the staff to be very incompetent with the information that the doctor gives them to give to me. The other day I had to go pickup additional insulin from the doctor's office..samples...since I am in the donut hole and told her office staff I will increase the injections because of this. When I was with this one woman in the office who gave me the insulins,she read off the computer my injections I have to take daily and they were not correct and did not say anything.

I've had issues in the past when I first started going to this doctor where they got some of my information wrong when I knowingly gave them correctly.
I am wondering,do I bail out and find a new doctor or not.
