Hi and welcome to Dlife   it would seem your exrcise program allows you to eat the carb load.    If I ate that I would be in the 200 plus range but I am much older  than you are.   Congrats on your fabulous results.

Hi.  My name is John and I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes just over 11 months ago.  When diagnosed my A1c was 8.8, I weighed 234 lbs. (6'1"), and had a sedentary life style...working 11 hours a day on average, I had convinced myself that I didn't have time to exercise, and often took the fast food route for evening meals in particular.  Over the past few months I've consistently lowered my A1c (5.8 in March, 5.1 in June, 4.8 in Sept.) and have gone from 234 lbs. to 160 lbs. through diet and exercise.  Cycling everyday, weights every other day...averaging from 40-60g of carbs per meal.  Happy with my progress to date...my doctor is talking about taking me off of Metformin (2x a day, 500mg each dose)...biggest concern is my BG rising if he does, and being able to maintain my current lifestyle for life.  Also interested in hearing from anyone that has tried Cinnulin PF as a supplement.
