I am Asian, hence diet is predominantly rice based. I drink only plain water and chinese tea, no soft drinks, no wine.
The problem is really the rice, i will keep feeling hungry if there is insufficient rice.

Hi Morgan
RobertRice has a lot of carbbohydrates, ad if it is a daily part of yoru diet then your in apatern, but rice is also very good for you. I can understand the hunger part, but is it hunger or a craving?
Are you Type1 and insuli dependent or Type 2? That helps alot because some fo the diets are slightly differnt sometimes, but not all the times.
When your still hungry, what are your blood sugar levels? Are they low because of insufficiant carbohydrate because of the normal regiment of the quantity of rice? Could be a number of things. If your low and that is why your hungry still, it is because you got a bit of a imballance in the food/drug/activity ratio we all have to do.
I'm gald you sahred this with us and hope we can help and please know you can talk about anythign you want to on the blogs and all of us here in this community have been there or like to hear how you handled it and is also a place to blow of some steam because we all understand what your going through.
Hope to hear more of your blogs.
I wish you well
Robert
