Ok so I appartently get get the fact you have to eat healthy and all that stuff, but im so affraid to eat anything at all.
The only thing i eat is chicken because i know there are no carbs in it. Bonless skinless chicken breasts. I eat the crap out them alllllll the time. Thing is...as much as i love chicken and could eat it everyday...you can only do so much with it.
I eat steak, but its kinda expensive to buy. I also love to pork chops.
Im just not sure what food are healthy anymore or what. Like...salad...i can eat...but its getting sickning. You know.
Im kinda a picky eater. Not that i want to be, but im just not in to alot of things.
Can someone help me? ! ? ! Its like the recipies on here...ill be more than happy to try and eat, but my bf is a way picky eater than i am and sick of eating healthy. Hes mean. lol.
(BTW I FEEL BETTER TODAY. MY THROAT DOESNT HURT, WELL MAYBE A LIL, BUT MY HEADACH IS GONE, I STILL HAVE A LIL PROB WITH MY NOSE/SINUSES. OH AND IM STILL IN A LOT AND I MEAN ALOT OF PAIN WITH THE WHOLE BLADDER INFECTION THING-BUT IM WORKING WITH IT)








The thing about healthy eating is ballance. You will digest carbs and have to deal with them WITH the protines that you eat. Eating the same thing everyday is ok if you like that but sometimes gets a litle old, be sure to every once in a while reward yourself with somethign like fresh fruit or somethgn you like and know how it effects you.
RobertDiet is a real mind bender, we have to think of food in difernt ways and know how it effects us. The best thing I can put out there without going int a compleatel eson is try to ballance as much as you can. Got to count carbs and as far as meats go remeber that the fats effect you differnt as far as digestion goes, does not mean you dont eat them, just make sure you ballance them out.
