Let me be clear with you..this is for a 1500 cal diet! THATS FREAKING INSANE! That way to many damn calories. Second off let me tell you..this is way to much food for me anyway. I dont always eat fruit, or vegetables or bread. So how the helll does that work. Third off she had told me also rudly that if i wanna lose weight my cal intake should only be 1200! Ok then why give me a 1500 cal flipping sheet of paper with crap on it? Im upset. Its like what am i supose to do. Then she turns around and tells me to shoot for 15g of carbs a meal? ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? Do you have any idea how skinny i would be if i only did an intake of 15gs of carbs a meal? Are you kidding me right now. Cause thats insane! REally. Like get this...alot of crap i eat has a carb count of 20 or 26!! Nothing more than that, but still. This is all so crappy in my eyes. I feel as if im tryin, but no sucess. I feel like i dont know anymore. It sure is drepressing.
I do gotta say though that what ive been doing must have been working because my A1C is down and my sugars are down. SCREW OFF DIATITION lady! Sorry...im angery. Dont take a job unless your going to do it and do it right. And for damn sure dont take a job that has people counting on you!!!

the numbers she told you did not add up, From the meal plan you posted here I broke down and tried to explain the basics. Please remember that these are rough numbers, real food seldom fits neatly into a set amount of grams of carbs. Here is how the numbers play out.

Daily Total: 191-206 g carbs
As far as the calories 1500 is a pretty standard number for fast weight loss. You should not approach a 1200 cal plan without a very good reason, and constant input by a doctor who is paying attention to your condition. You are better off with the higher cal count and lose the weight and stay healthy than to drop the plan because it was unrealistic and your health suffers. Depriving your body will lead to cravings, which can end up causing you to binge. Steady wins the race. The weight will come off, and your numbers will drop, and you can do it without feeling constant hunger and dissatisfied.
